| They approach
work with a mind determined, a soul dedicated, and a heart consecrated. These people
can be found in virtually every walk of life, and in almost all types of occupations -
business, labor, domestic, artistic, academic, scientific, religious, medical, social and
political. To them, work is most
meaningful irrespe- ctive of ones occupation or social position in society as long
as ones work contribu- tes to the common good. The disposal of garbage
faithfully done by a garbage collector is far more meaningful than Napoleons
conquest of Europe. To all of them, the true meaning of work can never be found in the
economic sense, political sense, pathological sense or any egoist or selfish sense. |
