| Their primary
goal to work is not tangible material reward, nor escape from boredom, nor greed or vanity
but service to fellow men any where. They work hard and toil long but find great
satisfaction in their work. Hence their work can be identified as service. Finally, the last and most significant groups of workers, who
are different from those of the first and second categories, and who are at the
opposite end of those in the third are very close, and possibly identical, to the fourth
group. These people work because they believe that work is the fulfillment of faith,
and that only through work can the meaning of life be truly found and understood. They
work because work is an integral part of life and without which life is deprived of
its substance and character. |
