THE HEROIC HOUSEWIFE

Toward her children, the good housewife assumes the responsibility of teaching and guidance. She is kind but firm, reasonable but not indulgent.  She believes in just discipline and enforces it religiously. Children are taught   responsibility and courtesy at an early age. They are to share house hold duties as soon as feasible. Hence her children are not liabilities but assets. They are deferential of instead of defiant, and they are helpful instead 0 disruptive.

The housewife, being their mother, always sets  a good example for them to see and to emulate. By deeds as by words, she always teaches them to be just, to be kind, to be fair to all, and to have a real consideration for others. She guides them to realize the great meaning in duty, and  the infinite joy in learning and in doing good.
