book distribution program needs a helping hand. Our first edition of
the Bhagavad-Gita, published in 1988, is out of print. A 123 page,
3.5"x4.5" pocket size edition is available. Our complete
Gita, the Second Edition with original Sanskrit verses, English
transliteration, translation, and commentary, 321 pages in two
colors will be available in October 95, and a Hotel/Motel
Edition is being prepared.
2. To spread the basic non-sectarian,
universal teachings of the Bhagavad-Gita and other Vedic scriptures
in an easy to understand language for the common people by forming
local chapters of the society, in foreign countries, named “Gita
Society International.”
3. To provide inspiration, help, and
guidance in establishing Gita Study and Discussion Groups in the
neighborhoods, and provide free Gita Correspondence Course to the
youth, students, busy executives, and all other interested persons.
Over 500 persons of all faiths, world-wide, have taken our popular,
Free Gita Correspondence Course (in English and Gujarati) for the
beginners and busy people. This
course is also available through "America on the Line" and
the "Internet".
