DIVINE AND THE DEMONIC QUALITIES

Lust, anger, and greed are the three gates of hell leading to the Karmic bondage and reincarnation of Jeeva. Speaking ill of others is the most heinous sin, because, it pollutes the mind of the speaker first without any beneficial effect on the other person. Therefore, one must practice to give up these. (16.21)

Let the scripture be your guide in determining what should be done and what should not be done. You should perform your duty following the scriptural injunction. (16.24).

The Veda says: The world becomes sweet and beautiful to those who live their lives in accordance with the scriptural injunction (Rigveda 1.90.06).
