THE LION AND THE RABBIT

What?" roared Bhasuraka angrily?

Bhasuraka ground his teeth. His eyes became red. He said to the rabbit, "Where -is he now? Take me to him!"

The rabbit took Bhasuraka to the well and said, "He is resting inside, Sir!"

Bhasuraka peeped into the well. He saw the form of a lion in the water.

He did not know that it was his own image.

Seeing it, he roared. The well echoed to his roar.

He thought the other lion was roaring back at him!  So Bhasuraka jumped into the well to fight the other lion which was not there, and his life came to an end.

The rabbit ran to the other animals and told them the story.

The other animals became happy. The monkey laughed, the donkey brayed, the horse neighed, and the elephant trumpeted!
